Introduction
Welcome to Enttor. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Enttor, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the Enttor website and any associated applications or services. "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Platform. 4. Payment and Subscription
Fees: Some features of the Platform may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your use of the Platform. Billing: All fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable. You authorize Enttor to charge your chosen payment method for such fees. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

5. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Enttor owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all related intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform. Trademarks: All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of Enttor or their respective owners. You are not permitted to use these trademarks without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Enttor disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enttor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Platform by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enttor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Platform; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any disputes or issues between you and any third party.

8. Termination
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform. Termination by Enttor: Enttor may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Enttor is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. General Provisions
Changes to Terms: Enttor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Enttor's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Enttor regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and Enttor.
